Pam Bernhardt

After receiving her real estate license in 1974, Pam Root pursued a career in fashion merchandising and office management. Growing up with a mother who was a real estate broker helped Pam decide to blend her marketing talents with her real estate background and entered into a career of residential real estate. Pam immediately gained a reputation as "The Property Expert" and began to receive top producer awards at her company. In 1993 she and her sister, Carol Cones, joined their talents and created The Sister Act. The Sister Act places utmost importance on continuing education. Pam and Carol have earned the two most sought after realtor disignations: The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is held by only 5% of realtors in the U.S., and the Graduate of the Real Estate Institiute (GRI).
